With txt2txt is simply to transform mainframe textual reports (ASA) into unix style texts:
to transform 1 in the first column into control L
to transform 0 in the first column into end of line
to transform - in the first column into two end of lines
You can convert unix style text into windows style text, and windows style text into unix style.
